The annual meeting will be held on May 14, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the Lower Level Meeting Room at Grantham Town Hall.

The agenda for the Annual Meeting will include:

• 2018-2019 Splitrock Road maintenance
• Setting 2018-2019 Annual Assessment

The terms of two Directors expire this year. If you would like to nominate someone or want to include your name on the Board of Director ballot, please advise me by no later than April 20, 2018.

The terms of Sabrina Graham, Rich Kaszeta and Ryan Ray as Directors expire this year. Sabrina, Rich and Ryan have agreed to run for reelection. If you would like to nominate someone or want to include your name on the Board of Director ballot, please advise me by no later than April 17, 2017.

The 2014 Annual Meeting of Sugarwood Farms will be May 5, 2014 at 7pm in the Lower Level Conference Room in the Grantham Town Hall.

The proposed agenda is:

• 2014-2015 Splitrock Road Maintenance
• Setting the 2014-2015 Annual Assessment.

The terms of Dan Foster and Nick Paddock as Directors expire this year. Dan and Nick have agreed to run for reelection. If you would like to nominate someone or want to include your name on the Board of Director ballot, please advise Bob Lewis by no later than April 18, 2014

Please mark May 14, 2012 on your calendars for the Sugarwood Farms Association Annual meeting.  The meeting will be held at 7:00 PM in the Lower Level of Grantham Town Hall.

Rob Godfrey has completed the maintenance for this summer.  He did slightly over half of the road, concentrating on the areas that had the worst erosion (around the cul de sac back to Bob Lewis’s driveway, the area between Peter James’ and Jana Guy’s property, and the right hand side of the road between Campbell’s place and my own).

While most stretch of the road were compacted three times, we still expect a little bit of settling over the next few weeks and storms.

Thank you for everyone’s patience, and please continue to drive carefully for the next few weeks.

Please contact me if you have any concerns.  Hopefully we can do the remaining half next summer and put this issue to rest for several years.

Splitrock road is being resurfaced between today (21 July 2011) and Saturday (23 July 2011).  Approximately half of the road is being covered with gravel, graded, and compacted, with the bulk of this year’s effort being focused on the ends of the road (the cul de sac and the first 1/4 mile).

Please drive carefully until the resurfacing work has completed and the roadbed has settled.

Splitrock Road was graded by Rob Godfrey today.  Please take care when driving down the freshly-graded road to avoid excessive dust or sliding until the road has a chance to settle.

As approved at the June 2011 Special Meeting, we are proceeding with road maintenance on Splitrock Road in July.  The approximate schedule is road grading the week of July 4th, and graveling, spreading, and compaction on the week of July 18th.

Grading is not expected to interrupt travel on the road, but the operations the week of the 18th may limit travel on Splitrock Road during the road work.

More detailed dates and times will be distributed as they become known.

 

Article IV: C. of the Sugarwood Farms, Inc. By-Laws provides for the President with the consent of the majority of the directors to call special meetings of the Association.  Article IV B. provides that members shall be notified thirty (30) days in advance of regular or special meetings.

The President and Board of Directors have set Wednesday, June 15, 2011 as the date for a Special Meeting of Sugarwood Farms, Inc. Association.  The Special Meeting will be held at 7:00 PM in the Jerry Whitney Memorial Room at Grantham Town Hall.

The Special Meeting will be for the purpose of re-voting the 2011-2012 Annual Assessment.

Article IV: A. provides for the annual meeting of Sugarwood Farms, Inc. to be held in May upon 30 days prior notice.  The President and Board of Directors have set Monday, May 2, 2011 as the date for the Annual Meeting of Sugarwood Farms, Inc.  The annual meeting will be at 7:00 PM in the Jerry Whitney Memorial Room at Grantham Town Hall.

The agenda for the Annual Meeting will include:
